UnifiedUI (UUI) beta instead

for people talking about how it "comes back"... some of the other mods that use UUI actually put bits of THIS mod's code into their own so they can function better. There may need to be some work done to them to fix whatever is causing it. I remember reading on some other mod that they do that.
And if they change the code here too much I'm guessing those other mods that do that might wind up having obsolete or incompatible code at some point.

Try deleting ANYTHING you find in your Paradox folder (if you have one )

I really think I thought of everything. I cannot find any sign on my game or within Windows Explorer that I should have UUI of any derivation on my computer - so no subscription to any version. I am pretty sure I do not share the file with anyone or thing. Checked properties and mods and I see nothing that says this Mod should be usable. Also this has been a problem since before my first post under this Mod. And as I mentioned, I uninstalled CS (completely) saving no mods or assets on a couple occasions.

BTW, I have already uninstalled Cities and reinstalled it. UUI keeps coming back. Why? How do I get rid of it?

Sjyve is real pain if you ask me. My assets got unsub and lot more issues. Had to reinstall entire thing and then setup. In this chaos I lost "RICO settings" file.

That other newer version has "Skyve" as dependency - which I can't use on Mac without complication. Can't we please have this one updated to work?

@RamblinRick; that's great for you, but I'm missing more than a few buttons in the new version of UUI. This version works perfect, so I just reverted back to it. Considering there will be no more DLC's (and perhaps one last bugfix patch) I reckon there won't be a lot of new mods either. Which means this version of the UUI doesn't have to go in my opinion. This mod functions perfectly, and hterefor I'd hate to see it go.

@MAxFX, new (beta) version works fine. No issues. Shows all my buttons such as Node Controller Revisited, TM:PE, etc.

Please keep this version of UUI alive as it functions better than the new version.

@Omezeny please make sure that you use SKYVE and check if the mod is gone from your profile after unsubscribing. If not remove the 2255219025 directory manually.

Mod is still installed and loads after unsubscribe.

So far the 'original' still works, even though it is not being supported anymore, does not mean it does not work. Let's just see how this will develop in time, but if the new UUI is already giving problems I would rather stick to the old one as long as possible until all problems are solved and most popular mods can be integrated into this menu, we all love so much :-)

bummer. the beta already starts is issues by not having multi tool or node controller in the toolbar. aren't those like the first and third mod to be associated with UUI? the default position of those buttons outside of the tool bar is literally under the road button.ugh.

@zin you use Electric Roads Mod 2023 which have many undiscovered bugs. Please use 81 Tiles 2 options for electric roads.

I'm pretty sure about being able to change the order of the buttons inside UnifiedUI a few months ago, but I might be misremembering. Is there any way to do it?

The mod doesn't crash my game but it messes up the UI buttons on other mods like Find It and RICO. Shame cause it's definitely useful

When I open UUI and click on a button (ie. Roundabout builder), when I click on UUI again, shouldn't it close the Roundabout builder as well as the UUI? Instead I have to click on the Roundabout button to close that and then on the UUI button to close that.

Ok there is something wrong with this mod. The UUI Button keeps disappearing I tried turning off all mods and slowly returning them on it came back played the game for a bit. Went out for a bit and came back loaded up the game and the button was gone again so something id not working

thank you @maculator - It went away yesterday and I hadn't removed any mods, but the game is behaving just fine regardless, so perhaps it had something to do with the recent update.

@luo.bai mods like "BOB" for example come with UUI in the install.
So if you got a mod that has UUI bundled with it, you won't get rid of it.

having same issue with unsubscribed yet the button remains in-game. Makes me anxious as I have a sneaking suspicion it is the culprit behind my game problems.

This still works for me so I don't know why it's not working for others. LOL Ya'll need to go through your mods one by one.

I unsubbed from this mod when I had to re do all of my mods on the last update. And I never re subbed and yet it's still showing up? WTF?

Once again, can the button order be changed? If so, how?

since the update it has dropped network multi-tool, roundabout builder, node controller renewal, intersection marking tool and building spawn points missing. I have tried update each MOD but they are still sitting on the tool bar at bottom of the screen,each of the MODS will appear when I am building roads or if I can remember each hot key or make new ones, any ideas on now to fix.
