Agreed with last comment, these are my go-to houses for modern US suburban areas. I would always take more in this genre.

this house is great, if you have time id recommend making more suburban styled homes like these, this is one of the best designed suburban homes in the workshop imo

finally, the house every single person in America has lived in. do other countries even know this? apparently not. note to cities skylines staff: everyone east of the mississippi knows someone that lives in a bi-level house

Thank you thank you, thank you, beautiful realistic affordable suburban house, the split level. I have family who grew up in just this type of house. Is there a mirror image version with the garage to the right of the stairs instead of the left? Thank you!
