Just found another mistake with it.
It's true that blue prints are sold in stores.
It seems that I forgot to register the weapon in the Blueprint itself.
This has now been fixed, please check it out.

Apart from that, the more mod products sold in the store, the more randomly they will be displayed, so the more mod products sold there, the more randomly they will be displayed.
Check out the assortment for a few days even if you can't find a blue print
