At university right now so I don't have access to my main pc. I would recommend that you just download the mod through workshop and grab the files out of your SteamApps folder

never heard of that issue, may be a bug with the new update. i only knew that all workshop skins don't work in replay mode.

1. subscribe to the mod using the green button above
2. go in game and equip the Phoenix NX (aka 240sx)
3. click body kits, body
4. scroll all the way to the end and select that body kit. it should just have a silhouette of a car as the icon
5. go in game and enjoy!

note: the kit will unequip each time you close and re-open the game, so you have to follow these steps again
