No, remodels do not affect acheivements or stats. You'll still get your awards and kill counts with these goodies.

Sorry if I seem dumb/noob-ish, but since this skin replaces the normal Pistols, wil it count toward my L4D2 Stats on my profile, for my Pistol Kills? Or do weapon skins just cancel out stats and achievemetns, just like console command?
