@DaPoise He's the villian of Gravity Falls. He's from an alternate dimension he destroyed. You can meet him irl in confuson hill, in Piercy California (or at least a statue of him). He is an interdimentional demon, lord of wierdness and one of the best fictional villians ever created. He was created by Alex Hirsch in 2012 and his propuse is to release the armaggedon (wierdmaggedon in this case) and free from Oregon to expand his power to the rest of the universe.

so will this character ever get updated? characters usually get tested then have one or two balance changes. You gotta talk to us man. So first his forward smash kills way too early like 30% early. Second Sentry nerf it. And third just some hitbox stuff and multihit consistencies

I must be missing something. What exactly is the counter play against Eyeball Sentry supposed to be? Bill puts it out, and unless I have some kind of incredible zoning tools, I can't do anything except watch him hide behind it for the rest of the match. I seemingly can't get rid of the eyeball, as attacking it or Bill does absolutely nothing to it. It absorbs nearly all projectiles, so I can't even poke Bill. The hitbox for the eye is also super misleading and doesn't match what I'd expect it to be based on the sprite. Even parrying it has minimal benefits. Is there a weakness to this that I'm unaware of, or is it actually supposed to be this strong?

this may be a personal thing, but maybe make some of his moves do a bit more damage, not alot but like a change by 2 or even 1 % could really make him on par with the rest of not only workshop charecters but also the in game ones as well

Idk why, but every time, if I want to select the last skin of Bill, my game crashes!
Am I the only one with this problem?

After trying out a bunch of workshop fighters, I simply must comment that Bill has been my favorite! The flavor he has is simply oozing, and he's extremely fun to play. I especially like how weird some of his properties are.

The only complaint I have is that, although I love his voice lines, they seem to occur far too frequently. While I will never grow tired of his dash attack line, my buddy I play with doesn't share my enthusiasm.

Back Air is also meant to be a powerful-but-risky move, tho not as much as fsmash. It has two hits, and spikes on sweetspot, tho he can cancel the move into any of his aerials in the time frame between the two hits.

The side smash's power is generally balanced by its rather poor frame data - it's hard to hit, but if you do, it's a great hit.

i like bill, he is pretty balanced, but that forward smash is pretty powerful, to powerful in my perspective, other than that its a great character, great job on this, i love how you added the voices of bill in the character as well!
