This mod seems to work despite saying its outdated, but one thing to note is that i believe it requires a new campaign.

If you started a new campaign in mortal empires as Karaz-a-Karak it should work fine

Thanks for the great mod. I see Bardin on the Thane Hero pane but it keeps telling me that he'll be available next turn but he never shows up. Any idea what could be wrong?
