The best thing I would recommend doing for anyone experiencing the 1 fps issue would be to make a quick bind.

sv_cheats 1
bind <Key> "toggle host_timescale 5 1"

I only put 5 because that way you don't have to wait forever and also so you don't FF too much through the Final Phase.

@SPONGEDOG001 Yes, I talk about this problem in detail in the description. If you wait about a minute or two it will go back to normal. I probably wont be fixing it because I don't really care about this mod anymore.

everytime i get to the final stage everything freezes up to the point where i have to unplug my whole computer to get any control back i noticed something similar in the preview video happening

For me, that frame drop at the beginning of the second stage with the mod actually FIXES where it would crash for me, so idk how, but u fixed my game with a music mod

Will you also include nihilanth's ambience music, that would be epic too

♥♥♥♥, I thought that was just my copy of the game. Alright, I'll see if I can fix it, and until I find a solution I'll add a note about it to the description. In the mean time, I can tell you if you give it a minute or two it will eventually go back to normal. It really sucks, but that's all I know about the problem right now.
