Broken for me, seems something about last update, props arent in the right place

It seems that there may be an issue with this building and the others based on it causing issues in the newest update. I can see that my park maintenance building it attempting to send a vehicle, but then it despawns. Using the Transfer Manager mod to watch transfers, I see the buildings calling for a park maintenance vehicle is the Large Yacht club and the smaller marinas. My city uses the yacht club in 2 places, and 3 of the small marinas. I'll bulldoze them and see if that fixes the park maintenance issue.

Find It add-on will help. It may be in parks, not sure.

No need to say sorry, a question is a question, lets try to solve it. So, what i understood you are probably getting one of 2 warnings. First one is, needs shoreline. Other one is probably needs water. The piers you see needs water, whole building needs to be on a suitable shore line.
I assume that you dont have good shoreline that is suitable. For this specific building without anarchy you need to find best spot, because big structure is flattening terrain, if you dont have suitable slope it will ruin placement(Check Screenshot #2). You can turn on Anarchy (e.g fine road anarchy 2) and then with the help of move it you can place it easier. If it gives different error message please check it and write here and see if me or anyone else can help.

Hello, sorry to ask such a basic question, I have downloaded all items you listed above, made sure all are active. but when I pick the marina to place it on waters edge it never allows me to place it, normally when you see that it will say 'needs to be in a park' or something along those lines but nothing happens.. Again sorry such a basic question,I have tried to find postings to help.

I can't seem to replace the fishing boats. I have the service vehicle selector mod but I can't add or change the default fishing boat.

Map is custom map (just test map created by me years ago with using real world height maps from 4 different locations). Theme is Seychelles theme :) but little customized with Theme Mixer (hope the name is right). Color Correction is Seychelles and Thank you ^^

Hey I'm having a small problem with these, when I place them they don't seem to work, it's got boats in it, but they don't move and I get an error/problem icon with a dotted green line and a grey bar, dunno what that means. I've downloaded all your mods and read the description, they look great though and I love the idea.

Sure, [email protected],, 32gb ram, Nvidia 1080. Game on SSD Samsung 850Pro or evo dont remember.
My main problem is 8gb Vram is not enough (i only play CS, Microsoft Flight Sim, Xplane and American Truck Simulator, first 2 are VRAM eaters) i have room for GPU and CPU but Vram is limiting.

Loading Screen Mod datasays System need around 45gb ram during lodaing, since i never use all assets i never go beyond 27gb yet. If i had 64gb ram with GPU with 12gb Vram at least you can go crazy easily i think.

Amazing, thank you. Can you post your computer specs running 8000 Assets and 150 mods? That would be very nice. I am struggling big time running 1000+ assets and round about 100 mods. Thank you.
