Love the mod it's well made and pretty much a nice love letter to Bowser fans but I have big grip with the giga/fury Bowser inhale, It either needs to have a damage cap to where it can't instant kill or just be flat out removed and replaced with something else, because as it stands, it's just a instant "I win" move no matter who he's fighting against.

I have one major issue regarding boss mode for this character. I believe Giga Bowser's Inhale attack should nerfed, as it currently stands there is no way to avoid this attack and it is almost always a guarantee KO, which makes fighting him frustrating and playing him brain-dead.

the fact that when he's the big dude you have to attack his head and he can just suddenly deal a good chunk of damage for that is crazy

I found a glitch that freezes Bowser. I even clipped it so you can see for yourself: He gets invincible and doesn't move which results in either a restart or automatic win for the frozen one. is there any way to counter DSpesial?

I seen some videos where they can permanent change king bowser into giga bowser and use it as a boss fight. How do they do it?

i cant change the skin past the normal amount of skis a regular rivals character has, its not letting me acsess the other skins.

I wanna rationalize King Bowser for the competitive scene, since Rivals was literally made for that. I actually really enjoy playing as and against King Bowser. He's similar to Ganondorf in SSBU: unbearable for casual players but difficult to beat competitive players. He also has a recovery that is slow and easy to take advantage of, funnily enough. He's also huge and heavy, so comboing him is so easy that he occasionally doesn't even get to play, but he can still make a very quick comeback if he's lucky which feels fun.
On the other hand, I'm not a huge fan of the Giga Bowser form. It's cool, but not fun or easy to play against, especially considering the down special is very fast, deals around 80%, AND can kill easily. It would probably be more fun when he isn't in fury mode, but Bowser typically gets giga form around 100% anyways. The fury mode, on the other hand, is a risk/reward move and I'm alright with it by itself.

its mostly a first install glitch, just reinstall to get the modes working.

@lucas.ganram To activate a character specific BTT stage, the CPU opponent needs to be the character. It actually doesn't matter what character the player is.

No its just a general bug i think. You might need to reinstall the mod to fix the skin Crashes.

The game crashes when I cycle through skins, it might be the skins that change something.

i like him, i just wish he was more etalus sized rather than "his starting position is controlling neutral" sized so hes more playable and more fightable

cuz i like his hammers, his taunt moves, etc to all be part of one kit but i know how thats kinda cheaty so like: a cheat for the training taunt menu?

question: is it possible to, in the cheat menu in training mode, be able to toggle each rune, and ignore point limits?
i... kinda want an "ultimate mode" where all of the runes come together in an ultimate koopa but like, keep it restricted to the training mode.

@ShadzMadz Yeah, I might've potentially overtuned his audio a bit, since Rivals plays sound effects incredibly quietly, meaning you have to boost the volume of custom sound effects a lot to get them to sound right. On my computer, King Bowser's sound effects seem decently comparable to the base game sound effects (I think Up Strong is a good test for this, since the electricity sound effects are from the base game, while the voice clip is obviously custom, so it's a good move to hear both at the same time), but it could be less balanced on different displays.

@i6f10l5 With all due respect, I'm not sure what you're talking about with some of these points. The only move that comes close to 40% damage is a fully charged F-Strong when landing the sweetspot, which does 35%. But not only do you have to land the sweetspot, but a fully charged F-Strong takes 105 frames for the first hitbox to come out, and it has 55 frames of end-lag on whiff. I'd also be happy to address the hitboxes you have issues with, but you'll have to be more specific, because I have no idea which ones you're talking about when you just say "AWFUL HITBOXES." Fury is just as much of a debuff as it is a power-up, since it effectively gives both players the same boost. Hell, it's actually even a bit worse for King Bowser if there's any sort of hazards, since he'll take double damage from EVERYTHING, while the opponent will only take double damage from him. The armor's a completely fair thing to be bothered by though.
