@Alice Degraff I strongly recommend changing from the fork by We're in Heaven to the redux by ilyvion. It is far better than just a fork and has the priority adjusted in addition to a bunch of other improvements and on top of that better performance as well.

Can you please remove the "Required Item" or set it to accept Colony Manager Fork by We're in Heaven? The game is complaining about me not having Fluffy's Colony Manager enabled.
Fluffy is not updating their content atm so the original Colony Manager is not usable.

This mod puts managing after refueling when using with Complex Jobs mod. And I like it

It 'should' work fine in 1.3 with Manager Mod updated. I was waiting for it to update before I changed the compatibility on this one.

Actually, I took a look at look at Complex Jobs and it patches Colony Manager with its own priority level. You could try swapping the order these two are loaded in to see if patch order will helps.

I am not sure what job priorities Complex Jobs uses, so if you're not seeing Managing appear, it may be getting replaced by a different job.
