LOVE THIS LITTLE GUY! My only issues I've had are with the forward strong and the up special.

I feel like the up special should have less of a cooldown (or maybe none it all but that's up to subjective judgement).
The forward strong hits hard and has a lot of reach but the hitbox doesn't feel very faithful and makes it feel like you float through people when you use it and miss (which is often)

Other than that this guy is my favorite character I've seen on this game, I love the fast and small vibe he has and it gives me dopamine everytime I use him, BRAVO!!!

For whatever reason, the up-b isn't able to be used again unless Flipnote Frog does a wall jump first

Don't know if you're out there, but could you fix the hitboxes with the kicking man? It's very hard to land a hit with his sweet spot, and sometimes I miss my opponents entirely despite getting in good range

I love this character, but I recommend that you add some sort of indicator for the up special like a pencil on the UI
