The game failed to open the surgery bill, whenever I click the surgery button the error says:

Unfortunately, this mod of surgery is not possible for Creepjoiners.

sorry, I should specify.
The surgery options do not show for them. Even if they are currently "safe" and regular members.

Having the exact same issue as below.

Found an issue with the Sex Reassignment surgery. After it is researched, pressing the "add bill" button in the operations tab fails to open the sub-menu to assign an operation. Nothing happens, and it looks like the button just stops working. Checking logs, the only thing it says is that the pawn is assigned (and also missing) hediff:false.

After removing the specifically the sex assignment research with a save edit, the issue goes away. Adding it back prevents me from seeing the hediff bit in the logs for whatever reason, so I can't get a direct copy-paste right now.

@SUBROSA You need to have the resources to do the surgery as well as a skilled colonist.

I've been playing this mode for over 2000 hours, but it's time to leave. If you complete research supported by the mode in the research tree, nothing will appear in the surgery plan. The comment tells me to do something, but I don't know how to do it. I can't speak English, so I translated it using Google Translator.

@Xalkyrr Tested this and had no issues increasing beauty from staggeringly ugly to just ugly. As long as you have done the research, have the materials and skill, the operation shows up in the health tab.

Everything works fine. But I can't seem to do Increase Beauty on a Staggeringly Ugly person.. It works fine for everyone else. So I feel like I am just missing something.

i have good idea for update... first idea is inject silicon into lips and second idea is (wery strange)
inject silicon into eggs, oyster :) a pawns with trait transhumanist can like that normal pawns
can have debuff named:(big oysters) with description:(they put a big Syringe into my eggs! this operation is very painfully and im still remember this!) Good idea? or bad?

My thought on extending this to be compatible with modded beauty traits would be to have mod options where a user could add traits to a list where 0 is ultimate ugly and moving up (1...20) in beauty. Beauty surgery would check the list to see what the pawn is and add or subtract to find what trait to place on the pawn. Alternatively one could try a similar list where one might jump straight to a beauty trait from said list.

I used to be able to do some of the surgeries on animals. It was actually quite handy in completing pokeworld's pokedex as some pokemon only evolve into certain pokemon when they are a specific gender.

I just love how there is original page's praise of Mlie copied over to here as well

Hey, what happened to the Regeneration Bay?

hey i wanna ask about the problem some mod will cause about kin when two pawn has the same sex and having a child, it makes relationship tracking having some issue one of them become "kin" not as "son", is there any mod or did this mod patch it?

since this mod can change sex so i think this mod may have the same problem too.

The two mods are incompatible. The mech mod doesn't show up any bills in its custom wrokbench while this mod is active, and you can't use any previously created mechs if you add this mod. No idea what could be conflicting. This mod works perfectly fine regardless, so like I said I was just hoping you'd have some sort of quick fix (but obviously not).
