Okay.. so 4 years later not sure if you even care however for anyone else, there are 3 build and repair modules along the left side in the nose Number 17, 19 and 21 I believe that is put in backwards so they have no access to the conveyors took 4 years for me to notice this and I still love this damn ship btw.

There's a replacement for the atlas now :D it's working but forgot the name of it it has the same image though >>

Steve Try removing the mods for the weapons and redownload could be just corrupted

For some reason, the battleship cannons disappear, leaving only the cannon base... I can't find any solutions on the mod pages. Any fixes?

This is a great ship too! although Atlas laser is now useless Might I suggest the Paragon beam cannon as a replacement? :D
