@kisyana There's not much of a reason to do so, really, and that has 2 negative affects to it:
1. Means that a Communist resistance can't be easily shown
2. Would mean that the Soviets and Anarchists would actually get along more, despite the fact that the Soviets killed the Anarchists in the Russian Civil War.
