It would be really nice to know what the point of the Personal Hygiene camp skill is. I've used it multiple times, and I don't believe it's been beneficial even once. Just ate 3 with my Bloat, gained stress each time, and gained diseases 2 out of three times, and didn't gain any health or anything. Thought there might be a passive bonus to the Bloat for each disease he has, but it doesn't seem to be the case on this mod page. It feels like a troll skill.

The trinket is the "Infested Idol." I used Encouraging Laughter earlier today on my Exorcist with a trinket that increases his stress heal received and the Exorcist healed 48 stress (down to 0).

HandleWithCare, It is clearly bug, can you tell name of trinket?

How does Encouraging Laughter work? I gave my Bloat the trinket that makes Laughter stress heal for 3-5 but it always does so much more, like 20-30 stress healing. Is this intentional? Seems really strong for a green trinket.

So what do grubs do?

@NocturneOfSolace @Ghost to be fair: that event can only hit you ONCE per save. so just doing an easy mission after it should keep you in the clear.

This isn't a mod I can recommend because getting hit with the events for losing half your food supply is beyond terrible

It possible to have some sort of patch that doesn't have the event where he takes away half the food/provision quantities for his circus event? It pops up way too frequently for me and frankly it gets annoying during my playthrough due to also having a mod that makes dungeons larger (the even in some cases makes properly preparing for a dungeon nigh impossible). Besides that, great mod!

Can I ask why so many trinkets of the bloat’s increase his base damage?
Almost all of his attacks do so little damage regardless... like if he had a skill or two that actually did full damage like a Pd’s incision I would be fine with it... but all of his skills have massive negative damage moddifiers. So all of his damage is from Blight/Bleed.

So... why use damage trinkets... over generic blight/bleed increase trinkets.

It just doesn’t make sense to me personally.

I've been playin on bloodmoon and this class feels weak, maybe I'm not playing it correctly? He dosen't have early game trinkets to raise his Blight Skill Chance and that hurts so much when he relies 100% on Blight and almost every enemy resists like 2 out of 3 times (Except in the ruins and cove but for those I can just use The Wretch, he pretty much do the same job but better). Also he's stuck in the 2 and 3 position where most of the DPS and utility likes to be. I love the concept but his kit is being outshined by other classes (PD, Wretch, Alchemist...)

Iirc bloat doesn't have any mechanic that get broken after update.

Bloat spawn rate now is exactly the same as any vanilla class, Thans for pointing out.

Skills effects etc should be translated. Affliction and virtue actouts arent done yet and they will be in eng.

Is the Bloat's spawn rate higher than average? After adding this mod, I've received a Bloat 3 weeks in a row, with the 3rd week actually having two in one week.

It mean that you can find some mod diseases that arent compatible (tho at least most of mods with over 1000 subs are included)
Like: Sunward, Dark Spawns, Flesh curse, KCC, More quirks mod, Seo quirk pack etc. are included
but if there will be mod made by random Johnny that almost noone know it, then his disease won'y be included.

What does it mean "negates downsides of KNOWN diseases"? (also the starting n is not capitalized)
