In the future, Skyrim editting groups or forums would be a better place to ask such questions. But the short answer is: Goto the "Stats" tab of the Actor Editor and check the checkbox at the top labeled "PC Level Mult". Then enter the minimum and maximum levels that the follower can be in the fields labeled "Calc Min" and "Calc Max," respectively.

@Wise Zues Potato!!!!!!!: Rorikstead is located due west of Whiterun, at about halfway between there and Markarth. Or it can be reached by taking the south road out of Dragon Bridge. If you talk to the redguard soldiers at the gates of Whiterun and take their quest, they will mark Rorikstead on your map for you. Otherwise, if you are in a cheating mood, you can use the console command: coc RoriksteadFrostfruitInn to go there directly.

Redguard followers are few and far between. Good redguard followers are as rare as the flash of a diamond. Netherwulf's followers are dianmonds.

Finally!!. An excellent redguard female follower!.One of my favourites now, for my redguard caracter. well done!!
