Sorry to hear that you have some trouble with this mod.
I did some test and its work on my end.
So i suspect a mod conflict and will need some info to help.
1st have you try this mod alone.
If yes and the problem is still here do a complete uninstal / reinstal of the game.
it should work and after that add you'r mod back until the issue pop back.
Please let me know if that a fix anything.

@lincosus I will need more info and test on you'r end since i just try and a fresh instal and everything seem to work.
So 1 : wich one are bug or did all the lightsaber are black ? PS type "/admin" in in game chat for free craft.
2 : did the bug appear with only this mod instal ? if no that a mod incompatible issue and you will have to test by adding back you'r mod one by one until you find the one that cause the issue

well some peaple already experiance big lag spike with this mod do to how big and unoptimise is his i think kept adding more will just make the issue bigger and even start apearing for even more poeple so i think that i'n not gonna add more

Hello. For the loading time i will say is normal the more stuff the game as to load the more time is gona take and since i have added more and more over the year that start to slow down game lauch.
I will add is problably the reason why some people lag near box to. Sadly since i have no idea how to optimise stuff i will stay that way.Sorry for the inconvenience

idk if it's just me but this mod adds like a few minutes loading time to starting the game for me

well. use other sw mods then. no choise.

For me it makes the game freeze periodically for like 60-80 seconds periodically whether I'm near boxes or not

somehow this mod slow down the game when opening boxes and when one get close to boxes. any fix guys?

So like i was thinkink the glove have a "boxing" style of attack to it it will make thing strange for the lightsaber. I will stick with the classic short sword animation.

Now i have one question for everyone : higher tier Lightsaber
After having a look thank to Sir louis i have realise that yes tier 6 is the last craftable tiers of weapon in the base game, but you can have reward tier 7 weapon and farm in way up to tier 9 weapon (1% drop on gard in town that have 3 Tier superior to the planet they live in so tier 6 planet will give tiers 9 guard). From the star i'm not good enough to make the wepon from quest reward or drop on enemy. Here the thing what do think will be balance material for crafting higher Tier ?

You could use this skillset of https://starbounder.org/Claw_Glove , just replace the model and sound. SO that when we have 2x 1 Hand saber we get that leap skill =)

I have taken the dommage from other craftable weapon until solarium, that is the last tiers in the base game. Maybe you play with mod that extend beyond that.

these light sabers are good for up to the middle game in my play thru. they were good while they lasted. need to have higher tier sabers imo.

You might want to make these able to be upgraded at a Crucible. They look and sound good, but after T6 they are not very usable.

sorry for problem, sadly a can't reproduce the issue for some reason my spin attack work fine on my end. its gonna make hard to find what make the bug, did you try only the this mod instal (maybe its a incompatability)? did all LightSaber bug or just a few one ( in this case i mess up some file)?

now the FAQ
- issue with the spin attack >star to work on that
- problem with weapon fusion mod > mean those two mod don't work together
- one hand lightsaber / dual blade > i was working on that year ago but drop the mod sadly, need to restart from the start but fist fixing the issue
-uninstalled the mod and then tried to load the character i had the stuff on and the game immediately crashed > nether uninstalled any mod on a ungoing game, if you remove mod you have to take a fresh start
-a way to upgrade the damage > craft the next tier saber ( the dommage was taken from the other craftable 2H sword )
PS : this mod was very time consuming for me due to my lack of skill i gonna try to get back on it better late than never

An elegant mod for a more civilized game.

Nothin' but love for this mod. I absolutely positively love the entire atmosphere of content from this mod pack. The sabers are so nostalgic and rather surreal to use. The variety is superb and the balance of the weapons themselves are comfortable. I don't even mind they are forcibly 2h blades each.


**Friendly User Rating Pro Tip / Suggestion:

KEEP the 2h sabers as they are whenever / if ever you implement the 1h versions into this!
From my personal experience with the main / alternative light-saber projects on the workshop, the last one I had tested / experienced was rather distasteful and dis-satisfactory with performance, attack combo's and the sheer variety of different blade color / hilt type options.

Your mod is superior to theirs. Please, please keep the original content in this mod, if you put in any further additions. The way it is rocks already. This is my favorite weapon mod.

Not sure if you are still working on this MOD but i would love to see you simply bug fix the mod. For example if it is confirmed that one of the skills are not working just don't use it.
