Really cool character though, I (as a big Gungeon fan) loved being able to name all of the guns/items he uses for his attacks, and his gimmick is really fun
Some sounds for the attacks (and taunt too) could be retouched upon.
Shortcomings with the moveset that I want to point out, and here's some suggestions:
D-tilt feels good as is, but could be a teensy bit quicker
F-air is pretty weak for how long it takes to come out, especially with its much unneeded tippers. Overall could knock back more, and spike hitbox could use more hitstun
N-air could be adjusted in a way where... the consecutive hits pull the opponent to the middle and last hit knocks them away
Aside from all of that that, Bullet Kin feels like a great character, fun to play as is~! Color palettes... I'm not sure if making the second palette blue was intentional, but it's an awesome ref! I wouldn't mind throwing in a few color suggestions too
- increase weight, gravity weight (while still maintaining height) to make him feel heavier
- COOL DOWN IS WAY TOO LONG it makes the character feel very clunky
- I kept the same cooldown on the Sniper but drastically increased damage and knockback (so it can kill around 120%) to make it a good finisher
- Very drastically reduced cooldown on Wind also up from 1 damage to 2. It already has no knockback which is a huge downside, even a tiny bit of cooldown is enough.
I really, really like the table concept, but I would make the shot, shotgun and sniper go through it while the grenade should bounce off like the shell.
The only request I would make is that you add the Blank sound effect to his down-smash. <3
Tiny bit disappointed that I couldn't vault over the table for style, and like other people said, his moves are a little clunky, and he feels slower than he should be.
Despite that, this character is pretty damn fun.
