When my character touches any liquid with this mod, the game freezes for 1 second. I also installed it with the revert swim physics mod. Is there a solution?

@Salomon not caused by this mod. check if your breathing equipment has a slow falling or other gravity-related effect

When I use breathing equipment, the swimming physics don't work.

In all honesty, I find AI content isn't even that good and often remarkably lazy. Even if it *resembles* the real thing. It's only ever a copy or a facimil. IMO people only use it to attempt to do things that they have not and would rather not learn the skills to do. Just had to say my piece, have a great day!

From what I understand, the majority of generative AI apps are trained on stolen data, and user input is often used to further train the AI (that's what the mandatory "Do you agree to our terms?" and "Pick the better response!" are for). I'm not worried about it 'replacing' me; I refuse to use it both on ethical grounds and because I do not need it. I don't need 'help' from something that's constantly wrong. I can spot errors by myself. In fact, I like coding because it's a fun mental exercise, like a puzzle. Where's the fun if I throw every problem at ChatGPT or whatever and blindly copy-paste its output instead of trying to solve the 'puzzle' myself? I'd rather shoot myself than use AI.

you could create a mod to remove items after death, its working principle is quite simple, but it would give a completely different approach to the game, if all items from the inventory were completely removed after death, it would create a positive circulation of weapons and armor, which would equalize the balance of resources and items in large modpacks

The swim boost augment from Project Irisil slows down swimming when used with this mod.

FU has always been stealing mods, sprites, music, and probably more. Its creator isn't much of a coder himself (hence the poor quality of code he's contributed to FU and is part of why FU is to laggy), and he wants Frackin Universe to be THE go-to Starbound mod. There's a Reddit thread called something like "Frackin Universe Controversies Gathered In One Post" that shows a lot, but not all, of the things they've done.

Because the FU Dev is a wanker I once had an issue with the FU blood giving the green cube item forgot the name and rather than trying to help he just declared his mod is perfect and not the issue.

You know, this explain a few things when i play with FU. Even witouth this mod, some times my characters was getting a super speed in swiming. Thanks for this!

Oh yeah, that's also a thing, EPPs worn in the cosmetic slot do nothing.

are you wearing the epp in the equipment slot and not the cosmetic slot

@♠ℜΘß♠๖ÿáĥèll™(H3LL) that shouldn't be a problem, unless your EPP wasn't designed for breathing underwater.

If it's an EPP added by a mod it's possible, but the vanilla ones (breathing, radiation, Heating, Cooling) all protect you from drowning. Although it is possible for a mod to remove the drowning protection, I don't know of any that would.

this is my only mod and it seems to create an issue where I cant breath in water with my epp

i have an idea for the mod: swimming on top of the water will be faster than swimming inside water, and if the player is too deep in water it will lose health if the player doesn't have armour. Simple yet realistic!

Hi, is it compatible with Supper's Combat Overhaul? That mod improves movement in water as well if I'm not mistaken.

I think it increases but I haven't really tried. I've been letting Apple/Vulpine do the updates recently

I have a question about this mod, if your character has any swimming benefits (either due to a race trait, or by using a swimming augmentation), how does the character behave? Does it increase swimming speed? or does it shoot up like in vanilla?
