OMG, Spetznaz is a military SpecOps units, they are not designated to supress civil riots. Russian MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs) has OMON units for that. And they very rarely use lethal weapons, not against protesters at least. In the West Jendarmerie or Italian Carabiners may be condidered as their counterparts. If you are going to compose another story about bad Russians put some thought in that.
