paid addons are kinda sorta... well... a shitty concept.

if it was a mod that effectively changed the entire game and all that jazz, and added a whole bunch of new features and shite, then okay i can justify a pricetag.

But for a VEHICLE MOD???

Audio crackles and skips in-game sounds off then on again for no reason, cracks and silence every few seconds.

Is there one without the music or so? It used to work for me but my friends are now encountering the issue too.

Paint.net has a plugin that permits saving a file as vtf, and as for filepath, use vtfedit and open up the skin vmts and you will see

save that picture as a .vtf
Copy one of the existing “skin” vmt files
Rename it as skin7-20
Change file path in the vmt to that vtf’s name
