The conflict only happens because of shared files between both mods, so you can easily ignore it.

type sv_consistency 0 ni the console. you can also set it as a launch option in the game's properties, just put a plus in front of it so it looks like "+sv_consistency 0"

It is kinda strange that no infected has a gas mask. You'd think people would be wearing gas mask or any kind of mask at all to try and avoid getting infected. Maybe someone will make "covid zombies."
