I agree that finding the right Dspecial isn't going to be easy, especially cause the only source material is Fighterz, but for now a shine is a good placeholder.
Since nobody mentioned it yet and you asked for it in the description, I can tell you back air mostly works the way intended. Sometimes the second hit misses, but that isn't that big of a problem. I don't know if you wanted it to be this way, but you can actually change androids position after the teleport a bit by using smash di. That way you can adjust if the move would miss normally and you can also purposly miss the second attack to mess up your opponent.
Its great to hear that you're still thinking about another update, I would love to see what the character could turn into.
