I do not know, before the files were all accessible via .cfg files, I believe that now is the .acf file in steamapps folder

I really like reskins, especially this one, and I thought i'd like to make reskins of my own.
I was wondering where you found the .vtf files of the models, as I can't seem to find them anywhere.
I was wondering if you could help me?
