This asset has been created and released for the purpose of installing it underneath an elevated railroad track.
If you make it a commercial category, it is a unique building because if you set up a commercial area in the game, it will be built in that location.
If you install the "find it" mod and search for "koma" you will see my assets that you are subscribing to.

My false, but why dont put them in commercial catagory. I always miss these assets in by build since i always look for shop in commercial tab.

What a fantastic idea! Now I wish someone would create european style versions of this to fit in a non-Japanese city. Very, very good job with these!
