sans is getting a full moveset rework that should generally make him less weird so i won't be doing any updates or balance changes til then bc there's not really much point
can't say much for when it'll be done but he should be way less annoying to play as/against

i feel like he's really weak. rivals characters are not meant to be balanced, every base rival would be top tier in smash. he would be low-mid.
