@Nemús open dev tools (shift+F12) click on the dome and move it, move your character, then move the building back to where it was (also, for safety reasons save before you try doing this)

Building placement can really be a pain. Structure materials are odd why not just add a new material like mud/clay why meat lol. Hive beds being worse then everyone else's makes people just not want them. Clashes with other mods and not receiving patches.

I just tested and it's not compatible with UWE, it crashes when loading Tengu's Vault.

This remains the greatest Kenshi mod I have ever seen. I would love to see a version of the Snailhouse too. I had a thought that you could add a new dung item instead of meats. You could mod the outhouse and tie it to water like the wells to produce it. So characters would sit on it and do their business and produce hive dung. You would probably have to get creative with a storage building for it but it would be better than using meats.

I saw the Stationhouse has turret points on it, but aren't they inaccessible?

I really dig all this man thanks, and extra points for getting creative with the building components too. Raw and foul meat, which you get from beak things, which are found in abundance in Vain, the homeland of the hivers. Bravo!

Adding to my previous comment, I found after actually looking at slopeless, it would appear editing every building part to have 'affects footprint' to false helps the building placement closer, or even inside other buildings.

Why does the mod add the 'Science Dome' but 'Hive Technology' research doesn't include it? It's easy enough to put it in, but I'm curious if it was left out for being buggy, or some kind of oversight? - Oh, and making this mod work like Slopeless is pretty painless. Just gotta change the maximum slope value of each building to something silly, like 9999.

Yes, the Hive Limb Bench can only make economy limbs. Why would hivers care about the high quality skeleton limbs when they believe that economy limbs are the best quality of limbs available?

The buildings require a mix of raw meat, foul raw meat, animal skins, and occasionally building materials.

Sometimes fixing NavMesh will correct any issue that you may have with the buildings, or a save and restart. I've never had any issues with the meshes though.

@@WoodenApplepie You can make this mod a required download to use in your mod.

@Rexdemer I have no idea how Slopeless works so I wouldn't know how to make the buildings more user friendly to place on more uneven terrain.

Would it be possible to make this compatible with the slopeless mod? I love the buildings, but I'm restricted to building on flat areas only.

After I place the blueprint I can't add the materials nor dismantle it, how can I fix this?

Should add the lanterns for this as well. I put them in these buildings and it looks way more appropriate for hivers than those silly human electric lights. Magnificent mod. Not finding a lot of bugs with it either. So bravo to CamelSpyd3r this mod is great.

What is needed to build these? just regular buildign materials or does it use (foul) meat like I've seen in other mods like this? Also does placing any of these create an outpost that triggers raids/taxes?

No this mod does not add in the default hive buildings because they are incredibly difficult to place properly without the use of the in game editor and there are other mods that add in the vanilla hive huts anyway.

Does this add the regular hive building? Or would you recommend another mod just for that? I think some of them have weird research so I want to keep it streamlined.

I tried that before but I did not click the shack that I want to have a Hemp Processor in. Now It works fine.
Again, thank you for providing content for this cool game.

You can use shift + F12 and Interior Edit to force placement of items. Just don't click the save mod button or you could break the mod. I don't know of any mods that adjust the Hemp Processor, but it's pretty easy to do in FCS.

Unfortunately I cant make fit a Hemp Processor to make Hashish inside a Hive Shack, despite the room available. Is there a Mod to shrink the processor a bit lol?

I haven't experimented with walls at all other than placing them in the editor for mods. I might make hive walls, but it's not really a priority.

Why would I make a non foul meat version for the huts? With the lore being that they're made out of partially digested food, raw meat & foul raw meat makes the most sense for construction. I included a few building materials for the wooden supports, but the bulk of it is food.

@WetMushroomTip Theres a concrete wall mod which is basically exactly the same wall and has a gate ;)

All we need now is some kind of Hive wall, would be kind of neat. :)
