the stargates no longer auto-spawn could someone help please

This was Top stargate addon some 10yrs ago

I once tried the addon and it is incredible, I wanted to try it again but I get an error about textures. If they are missing textures from content from other games, can you tell me which ones they are?

@bh9 it may work, it's just the project is no longer being developed. that is what they mean when a mod is abandoned (or was long ago). there is no point of talking to the dev team anymore because they have been offline for quite a long time.

don't make the kawoosh effect smooth with its animation, once it reaches the end make it stop entirely but with the slightest bit of smoothness in there. then make it smooth animation at when it goes back into the portal

can you make a better effect for the kawoosh effect/unstable vortex? like take a water cup or bottle that you can see through clearly then trough something dense in there like a stone or something. But you have to have something slow motion, like a slow motion camera or a regular camera but i recommend you use a slow motion camera because they film a lot better then like frames per second so yeah just make the video slow motion look at it from all sides then once you like then you can look from the kawoosh from all sides or a 3d editing software like blender then your done! I can show you a video of what the real team of the stargate movie used: Air/Fan, Rock (Or something dense), And a water cup or tank.

i think that you should animate the light in the rings, i think you should make it start from the top to the bottom like how it was in the stargate movie.

when i go through a gate the physgun does not work and i can walk through props can someone explain why this is happening and how to fix it?

dhd's have no textures reinstalled mods 2 didnt fix

I have a bit of a problem, any time I go through a stargate on foot I cannot grab anything with a physgun and can go through props and players even when not in noclip.

The GDO isnt working! It always shows me after sending my code "Denied" so i cant go through the Gate. What do i need to do to fix this?

Does anybody know how the SG1 Chevrons appear to light up? Like is there two seperate chevron models that are switched between one another? (One lit up and one dim)

Having an issue with the GateSpawner. I turn off GateSpawner Protect but after a few seconds of removing an item it comes back. I just want to tidy up a maps DHD's to be more realistic but I can't manage it. Any advice? But as a side note I have loved this mod for the last 5ish years and wish there were more rp servers for it

click the stargate tab on the very right, then settings, then click the settings bar thing that appears, find enable gatespawner and uncheck the box.

Is there a way to not make these spawn on construct or every space build map? I just want to place them down myself.

@Rafael De Jongh How do I find the name of an Orlin Gate? I press e on the gate and the only thing that comes up is the dialing menu to choose other gates. I want to know the Orlin Gate's name. Also, its name doesn't appear on other stargate dialling menus. So basically, I'm asking you for a tutorial on how to work an Orlin Gate.
