Но также это потребует много времени, а его у меня сейчас не хватает.
Asset bug: Workshop asset uses private asset (Park Avenue Exclusive_sign.Park Avenue Exclusive sign_Data)
1 - 1st video on 0.36 moment. You get 3 units free space to put residential blocks. I get put the residential blocks only with 4 units, differente of the video tutorial
2 - the park is at another level in relation to the resident blocks, it is as if it were floating. I really did not learn how to use it yet. Thanks.
Just watch the 2nd video on 3:17 moment.
There you can see that you need to build any road to the center of the object until the signs that "there is no connection with the road" disappear. I recommend use a narrow road.
Until you do I'm gonna skip this asset.
I think this message is showing bacause I use a few sub-buildings in this asset.
Previously, I always did the same when gluing buildings from different parts. And there was no such mistake.
Asset bug: Workshop asset uses private asset (Park Avenue Exclusive_sign.Park Avenue Exclusive sign_Data).

Basically this is a decoration. Watch the video on how to arrange these buildings in the right order to make it look like in reality.
