Just pushed an update to reduce the sleeves further. You should be able to ADS with most guns without any obstruction.

You can by following these simple steps:

1) Launch Gmod
2) Select a server to join (preferably Single Player)
3) Once spawned in-game, select either the grenade or the rocket launcher
4) Aim at your feet, with the grenade right-click to drop it. With the rocket launcher left-click to pull the trigger and fire it
5) If successful, you just ♥♥♥.
6) If you respawn, just follow the steps from 3) to 5) again.
