When Looking on gamebannana for this (saw in a screenshot but didnt have a link) I found a discussion in which someone wanted to do this and was gonna use the same files from in game. Another guy who claimed to be from valve stated that copying the model would be technically illegal unless the people who downloaded it had tf2. I doubt it's true since people releace cs source textures for free for gmod, and even if it was it's BS since tf2 is free. Thought I'd share that with you. (not intended to scare you or anything)
