Also at the top of the description, it says "Designed to operate in space and lunar environments." so if you're trying to carry things in a full 1g, it is going to struggle.
For a more versatile ship, try the Atlas: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2092931687
Do you think that could be it?
Makes it there, including heat from atmospherics
Then slightly overshoots the connector and just hovered around
"Alright, this is Barsoom"
But shuttle pilot, the connector is back there
"I said, THIS is Barsoom. Now get out"
Trip back to Space hasn't gone as well, sitting at Aligning . . .
Its an interesting challenge. Each time is dies or goes way off course, I cheatingly resort to "space magic", delete the projector, add a beacon, and remove the two turrets to make connections cleaner.
The part about SAM not working worries me though, what kind off issues have you been having?
Also, a quick checklist (sorry if they sound obvious)
1. Are scripts enabled in world settings?
2. Is PB [SAM] turned on (all PB’s are off by default)?
3. Have you tried updating the script? Magistrator has done a few updates this week.
4. Is it unresponsive, or giving an error message?
2. Do not love those gun points surrounding the forward bottom connector
3. Still unable to get SAM running properly. Its not your issue, its the script, but otherwise its a fun shuttle that easily goes from Barsoom space to Barsoom ground ops at full tilt, and handles atmospheric reentry
