I've been searching the Internet and I've found that lights. They could be drawn, although I do not know what model they are, nor their exact size. What I can not get is the effect of lights. I would not know how to do it.

very vintage! to people saying they should be orange it is actually is more historically accurate that they are white because these types of big lanterns from ages ago burnt fluorescent tubes.
