http://i.imgur.com/XrceVRR.jpg Tested in single-player. The only problem is that the ragdoll origin is offset a little which causes it to spawn under the map when you try doing it from the spawn menu.

Both the server, and client have the model, But if you go to the addons directory via gmod... You can't spawn in the ragdoll.

Just tested; cannot replicate. Make sure the server and your client both have the model

Theres no ragdoll with this playermodel, When they die they just disapear, or the ragdoll has no collisions with itself

I don't know if its just my server but on TTT this skin takes random damage and doesn't spawn correctly
