Because it is a flag of Nationalist Spain between 1936 and 1938 (It turns Fascist by default anyway)

The Mongolian flag follows the description in MPR constitution.

What is the source for some of the East Asian flags like the Chinese warlord flags and Mongolia, I felt like the base game did a better job with them. I struggled to find your sources for these flags.

No. I don't make mods for mods. RT56 uses it's own set of flags.

Is it compatible with RT56 mod? Of course there is a lot of overlap, but does this mod covers all the countries/releasables featured in RT56 even if they missed in vanilla?

Love your work, it's amazing! Quick question, do you think you can change the fascist Syria flag to the SSNP party flag? I think it would make sense because you're using the now deposed Assadist flag, and it doesn't make sense. If you do do this, the emblem mod would need an update as well.

Because Road to 56 uses it's own set of flags. This mod is for vanilla HoI4 only.

when i use it with Road to 56 some of the flags stay the same as normal any idea why

No. The flag itself didn't exist until the 1950s. I had another idea.

Regarding the flag of Fascist Iran from the new DLC: I think it would be right to use the real party flag (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_SUMKA.svg) and move the emblem to the left, just like the flag of the Nazi Party (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_the_NSDAP_(1920–1945).svg) is different from the state flag of Nazi Germany (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_Germany_(1935–1945).svg)

This flag is only used as an alternative flag for the Communist China if they ever change ideology (ex. via puppeting). Flag of Kuomintang aka Nationalist China stays the same for fascist, democratic and neutrality ideologies.

There is an important question: isn't the flag of democratic China the flag of the Five Races Union? Which has five different colored stripes. It is known that it was originally used since the time of Sun Yat-sen and up to the Chiang Kai-shek rising to power. It was supposed to be a symbol of democracy.

this is the flag of the Prussian province of Rheinland from WW2 era which was green and white (it's almost identical to the flag of Siberia):

I also was inspired with this one, but it's identical in it's color scheme to Hungarian flag:

The color scheme I chose instead was based on the greater coat of arms of Rheinland with black for the Prussian eagle included in the flag:

If you propose something more plausible for the flag of independent Rheinland I'll change it.

I've updated all of the screenshots. Finally all of the 1801 flags are redone and the mod is yet again complete.

I will continue to update my mods in March to make them compatible with the newest DLC.

CoA was removed from Peru flag in 1950. During WW2 it was used. The flag is historically correct as is.

No idea how's that even possible... the mod is and always was ironman compatible. I didn't add anything that could've broken previous saves.

It looks like the most recent version of this mod causes saves that used the old version to crash. Is there any way to remedy this?

So, a request here, could you make the Peru flag of all ideologies without the middle symbol? I believe it's only used on Peru flags on ceremonial occasions. The default is red-white-red without the COA symbol.
