@Gristly.: I'm just check again and don't see anything wrong... but who know this project is old effect, so I just update everything and upscale to 4k res :winter2019joyfultearsyul:

Maybe you need to unsub, quit the software in the taskbar, reopen and sub all again to get update

changing the alignment causes the wallpaper to be shaped into a 1920x1080 resolution with bars on each side filling the empty space.

@Gristly.: Do you have a screenshot? I'm not sure what you mean (My fr have 2k monitor and don't have any problem). Can you try setting Alignment on menu see maybe can fix it

It crops incorrectly, although it does work with 2560x1440 it doesn't look the best as it doesn't show the whole image.

@Gristly: I'm pretty sure is it 2560x1440, original artwork has a lot of blurs on the background so it looks not so sharp, besides the wallpaper engine realize the image file res is 2560x1440 (you can see it at Resolution tag).
