It does work it's most likely due to other mods. 56 MD etc. they will break this mod. I do apologize for the late reply been busy due to work. This is not fixable as it affects the config files so my mod will not overwrite other mods.

The command power and political power is capped at 100000, but army, navy, and airforce xp is capped at 1000.

Gotcha if you go into your road to 56 mod files you can change the values if your playing solo.
