Hey Kugellehr, I think I found the issue. Unlimited Trees Revisited has been marked deprecated, meaning that the mod is no longer being maintained. It still works for me, but there is another mod to take its place. Are you subscribed to that mod, too? You can't have two mods doing the same thing. The problem is that I see a lot of complaints and problems in the comments. We all might have a problem now if there isn't any mod for unlimited trees that works properly. Options: both mods are mods you can safely unsubscribe to, so if one doesn't work, try the other. You can also play this map without any tree mod (just can#t place any more individual trees), or of course find yourself a map that doesn't need an unlimited trees mod. https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2527486462

Hi Kugellehr. It's impossible for a map and the custom items included here to do that, but I can help you get on the track of what actually might be causing loading this map to do this (and that way you won't run into it again). Possibility 1: you've exceeded your computer's RAM capacity (use Loading Screen Mod to monitor your RAM, it also compresses a lot of things so that you can have even more custom content than you normally could). Possibility 2: you've got a mod that conflicts with Unlimited Trees Revisited. Check to see if you have another mod that allows for unlimited items. Possibility 3: there are a LOT of trees on this map, so if your computer isn't able to handle it all, it would cause performance issues. I hope one of these is helpful!

Hi, yup! Real Neutral LUT pack by creativeDEX and my favorites are by Reaper. The newest version of his excellent LUTs can be found here: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2371117695
His LUTs are so good that you can just use Daylight Classic and his LUT and be perfectly happy not having to add any more lighting / visual mods. I can't say that about almost any other LUTs save for some of the ones in creativeDEX's LUT pack.

Daylight Classic with at least "classic daylight intensity" activated as well as a good LUT is really essential to getting your lighting and colors to look like in these pics ^ Hope that helps!

One last thing, you will definitely want to go to this guide. Even though this is called "Beginner's Guide to Mods", it's an "Everyone's Guide to Mods"
It has saved me so many times and helped me learn how to avoid almost all mod problems. They still happen to me rarely, but this guide even shows you where you can go to figure out the problem. Kudos to Aquilasol who made it and keeps it up to date

Hi DonDrix, even if you didn't have any unlimited trees mod, all the trees would show up. You've got a mod issue. There are a number of mods that can cause an issue that results in the disappearance of all (or large sections) of the trees. :/ The bad news is that I cannot figure that out for you. When you add mods, add them only one by one and choose very carefully. I use very few for these reasons.

Aha! I would definitely prefer Loading Screen Mod over unlimited trees, so what I would do is open the map or your save game without Unlimited Trees active, then set a tree brush to very low power, and thin out your forests a bit with a right click on the tree brush here and there.

Okay so I checked and it appears Loading Screen Mod doesn't like Unlimited Trees

Hi, nope, all is okay. It's incredibly rare for a map to break, so you've got something weird going on. Check on Content Manager on the main menu to make sure all of the items are activated. There are times I've been surprised and found assets deactivated :D Hope that's the answer. If not, then I suspect a mod, but I don't have a clue which it could be.

Hi, I have an issues where almost no trees are loading on the map. I subscribed to all the assets and mods and enabled all of them. Did this map break in an update?

Hi @Aziz, in picture 12 (it has a purple-blue background color), you can see the grid which shows you how many land tiles there are :)

Hi there. I have run into the hanging on saving problem myself. It gets stuck on "packaging" and I had to force quit. This was the game's way of telling me I have too much crap in that save game :D It did that without unlimited trees and the city never had that many trees, either.
Once I reduced the load, it didn't have that problem any more. Even if you're okay according to Loading Screen Mod, try to shave off as much stuff as you can, and I would go around and take out some trees, just in case so many trees is an issue.
I have upgraded my computer and don't have that issue any more, so I still think that^^ is the answer.

or you need to use Daylight Classic mod, with classic sunlight intensity on. The base game has terrible, bright and yellowy lighting. It's a great mod and doesn't harm anything on your save game.

The starting roads are a bit annoying as you can't just extend them without anarchy, and with anarchy on you need the move-it mod to make it look nice.

Here is a search that brings up the best new LUTs. My personal favorite is the first, by Reaper. Again, super tiny files, so have no fear downloading a ton of them. Open your save game, hit options, graphic settings, and select color correction / LUT drop down menu. You'll see all the LUTs. Hi sorry for the delay Hankwanghanballs. Yes, Not So Rocky Hills is a bit on the yellowish side for my liking. But given it's the best low-memory map theme out there, I will use it any day even over my own themes lol.
Two ways to do this. Non-modded way is to go get some LUTs on the workshop (tiny files). They are able to tweak the colors. Look at the images and find one that makes the greens greener, or reduces yellow saturation.
I use lighting mods to change it. Relight + Ultimate Eyecandy (see Relight's thorough explanation on how to work with it). They're a bit of a bear to learn, but the results are amazing. Take a peek at my Levant map theme, it has pictures of the settings as an example.
