I took them back one by one, after I put the mod on an existing backup it can come from the problem?

@John.DadPool => I have checked my portraits and cannot find any missing portraits. All npc, players, companions are present. Also Maucolyn. Check your folder under User/My Games\Expeditions Viking\Custom Portraits.

It's done after a month's work. All pictures have been replaced.
I edited the pictures several times with tools.
I used gimp and photoshop.
If you like the mod, rate it positively.

There are a few changes to the previous player/-follower portraits. The npc's are again specially selected and edited. I just have to change the size. The mod will be ready in latest 7 days. It will give a nice result. Thanks :BEjoyful:
