@Mark, The mod load order can also be problematic for mods with conflicts. Any conflict will break a mod, one or the other.

I re-downloaded your mod and it is working again! My guess one of the conflicting mods had an update...

@Mark, It's always best to disable all mods except the one you're having trouble with, that is how you eliminate whether it's a conflict or the mod itself. If a mod fails when all others are disabled then it's the mod. In this case the mod works fine, so it'll be one of your must-have mods.

Thanks for the respose! The thing is, all the mods I had worked fine with yours and I didn't add any other ones. What did change, is that the game no longer uses 2k launcher so I thought might be connected somehow. But thanks anyway, was one of my 'must have' mods for years!

@Mark, I just tested it again, it's fine. Sounds like a mod conflict, sadly. I don't maintain a list of conflicting mods, it'd be exhausting unfortunately.

@Mark, Perhaps another mod is conflicting. Try enabling -only- this mod and verifying all files.

Recently, I had to disable this plugin to get to the main menu screen (after verifying integrity of game files). The game can be launched but the main menu doesn't show. Not sure what causing it, plugin worked like charm for years.

@StuManJim, Probably just by running it. 2K is particularly..."info-collect"-y, similar to Paradox Interactive. Surprised more games aren't copying Microsoft's level of "telemetry". *fury*

I appreciate the info. Yeah I would not be surprised if they are still collecting my data even though I always hit disagree.

@StuManJim, I am legally not allowed to circumvent ToS/Privacy Policies. 2K sucks in that regard, I know. -_- Their 'let us "collect" about you' s**t is annoying as f**k. I use that term "collect" looser than the SCOTUS ethics and morals.

Does this accept or decline TOS and Privacy Policy? I always hit disagree and I would like to keep it that way :)

@La__fonzi, That's alright, I understand time pressure. There's just an absolute ton of mods out there that could conflict and it's faster for everyone involved for the user to check.

@Ki Shuya, The game has a built-in option to skip the movie, enable it, this mod does not tamper with the movie part because of blegh reasons about copyright and crap. "Actually I did state that this WASN'T the only mod I was running and provided a list of the other mods I'm using." Wrong, you didn't report how it went with ONLY this mod (in your first post). That info is all I can use because only then can I rule out mod conflicts and know it's this one.

So after a quick reinstall, the mod does Skip the Firaxis and 2K Logo Screens. It doesn't Skip the Intro Movie? Not sure if it's supposed to or not, but there is an ingame option to disable that movie anyway.

Seems to be a case of bad installation on my end, so, apologies for that. I did how ever go a head and check the mods I'm currently using for compatibility issues, doesn't seem there is any.

No one asked you to maintain a mod conflict list and I did state that if there was anything else you needed to know, you could message me.

I've now run the mod on it's own, with and without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DLC. My results are mixed, sometimes it loads the Intro Video and only the Intro Video. Some times it simply says loading and takes me straight to the main menu. I'm going to verify files as there is no reason it should be working only some of the time. I'll post back with my results.

@s o L, @La__fonzi, neither of you posted any info about whether you used ONLY this mod or not. Check for a conflict.

@Ki Shuya, The mod still works fine, confirmed with multiple people and myself. Check your mods. Given the nature of mod conflict it is entirely unreasonable for me to be able to maintain a mod conflict list. "Pretty sure I've given all the information you need" You didn't say whether you ran it as the only enabled mod. That's the easiest way to first determine if this mod needs updating.

@Matezzi75, I was considering some techniques that Civ VI apparently forbids, so unfortunately I can't use those particular means. I was going to look into some other means but got sidetracked by life. The mod should continue to work provided nothing drastic changes (mod-conflicts cannot be avoided, if they modify the same files it's a no-go).

@180cm180㎡180mm, Sorry for the very late reply, I'm usually not notified by Steam of messages. (I refuse to use their locked-down MFA that won't allow me to control which software I use.) It sounds like you have a mod-conflict. Try disabling all mods except for this mod, then test it. If it works go one by one enabling a mod until you find which one conflicts.

Hello, thank you for creating and improving it. When I use this mod, my game cannot be opened, it will get stuck after starting the game, and then force the process to end. I don't know why? Have you ever encountered such problems?

@jims, ...The game has a built-in option for disabling the intro videos. And as far as logos go, do you mean the licensing 'Terms of Service' stuff? Not allowed to, legally-speaking. It's be considered circumvention of copyright and that is not something I'm publicly admitting to. xD

Good mod - gets rid of the logo pop ups. Better - would be to get rid of the intro video as well (I know you can click on them - but why is it so #@$% loud?.
