dunno have not played stellaris for while but glad this somehow works again.

Also, I'm confused by how many free districts sky construction adds. Decision tooltips say one extra if planet size is less than 20, two extra if less than 16; but the actual events add one extra if less than 16 and two extra if less than 12.

like that it makes it so subterranean type civilizations have an easier time building subterranean cities but find it hard to build in the sky.
The flying fabricators do not increase cybernetic pop assembly speed when using the "Cybernetic Components" - Assembly Standard.
According to the Cybernetics tradition, it switches the Robotists jobs to increase Organic Pop Assembly instead of mechanical.
