Look's great! I do find it strange that every CS University seems a bit small by size compared to thoose in real life. Other than that it's very fitting toa modern city:steamthumbsup:

Very nice asset and style! Not only this "university" alone can be an university, but also this "university" combined with other similar assets in the "Lokon's Cities" collection such as "art deco office" and "modern office" to form an entire campus, with different buildings pretending to be different departments (this is what I did) :steamhappy:

I think the main problem is that the roof texture is very repetitive, and that there is no border around the roof. I don't think that extra tris would be needed.

Whatever, it's still a nice building ;)

@boformer Unfortunately game allows only 64 props (hard coded limit) and i dont want to create too complicated meshes and textures (bad performance). Maybe in future i will create some custom big roof props for models like this.

I like this one, I'm just not happy with the roof. It's missing some detail

Nice work! Just wish not all windows were lit up at night, otherwise cool design :)
