yes...

however i was browsing mods for oblivion the other day, any merchant related, and a lot of them were simply removing the goods purchase and selling comments the shop owner made, the ones like "thats a good deal"

even if i had to sell +50 different items i would never tire of those comments. and if you time the next purchase or sell right, you can make them comment your characters D(*ck)

The voice acting is a hugely memorable thing in Oblivion.
