Thank's for the review. I don't have a quick fix for this problem. The only thing I can think of is to use dedicated buttons for each item you wont have this problem :). But it might require a lot of extra mouse buttons. Anyways thank you for your feedback

-health packs, pills,grenades, ect. are not displayed on the side, so scrolling thourgh your items is slightly confusing, especially during fast pace moments
