Why friendly npc don't fight with hostile npc?

this addon doesn't work for me the only thing it gives me is thousends of lua errors

We have to install alot of mods and some of us lose track of what mods at the momment and useing your Amazing Galactic empire frontline NPCs please could you limmit the required addons also i forgot to say when i install the Imperial frontline pack it never shows up if i have the requlor Galactic empire bases
