It is not proper to install mods by copying them to the addons folder, only vanilla pbos go there. You add -mod=<your mods folder names> to the launch parameters, for example -mod=@BuilderItems with the folder from this as is, no moving files.

So far I am getting a couple errors when starting the server. At first it said that Plants.pbo is missing dayz_plants (pbo) or something like that. I moved the plants.pbo and all subsequent plant pbos to a folder within the addons folder. When I launched again, I got another error saying the same thing but for rocks instead of Plants. Any fix for these? Thanks

updated my launcher and now all mods are gone, cannot reload,cannot use, cannot mod,cannot use the editor, cannot fix my server, I am basically screwed

Why does this mod which is a dependency of the MA PirateTreasure mod, keep unloading itself every day? Whenever I launch or restart DayZ, MPT tells me that it's missing a dependency and I end up having to reload this mod in order to join the server I play on. It doesnt seem to update it, just reload it and it's fine again till I restart my game

Missing billboards.pbo error. Tried everything from reinstalling the mod to reinstalling the game and still get this error every time I try to join a server that is using this mod.

And @DieSpinne(GER) in case it wasnt clear NOVA's reply was directed at you. This mod doesn't add anything to the map, it just gives you more options of stuff to add to the map.

what are you expecting to change on the map for this mod? this mod is for making custom map additions with the editor to work on your server. however if you are running expansion then that mod already has this mod built in so no need for it if that's the case. however if you dont have or not plan on having custom objects in your map then no need for the mod either.

If you want, you can add me on discord (notabanana), I can help automate fixing the slabs for you. And I would assume the model file in the base game got updated, and the position changed a bit in that, so the old positions are "wrong" now.

Any idea why the concrete slabs are all raised like 5 feet from where they used to be? Starting my server back up and some of my old map mods are messed up because of the cement slabs...

For expansion questions, I think the "dayz-expansion" mod is part of the split mod setup so no, not included in that. The mods that this is built into is DayZ Expansion Bundle, and DayZ Expansion Map assets.

Im not sure what mod used that naming scheme, I think VPP Admin tools maybe? You can use find and replace to swap vbldr to bldr and I think builds made for those will work with this

Im not sure I follow the question, what are you asking? I think google translate made a mess of it.

The items have the same class names in expansion as here so it should just load them the same. If you are using the split expansion setup, with different mods, it's in the map assets mod. If you don't use the map assets mod, load this one.

BuilderItems is built into DayZ Expansion. Do not load this mod if you're using Expansion!
We built custom areas with these items in builderitems..
How do i enable them on with expansion if expansion has these already i cannot find the config

As I've stated before, if you're having a "plants.pbo error" as you like to call it, you installed the mod wrong. Installing mods does not involve manually copying pbo files into addons folder

@Lethal thanks for the heads up, Ill pass that on as people have issues in the future.

@Lurch As a server owner or player? If you mean player, in your launcher right click the mod, "repair". If that doesn't work, right click the mod, open folder, then enter the @BuilderItems folder and delete the two folders inside it. Then try repairing again.

People not seeing assets are probably not familiar with the new Editor interface. You need to tick "Private objects" for most of map assets now.
