You can now expend your Great Admiral to discover a Exotic Island on an City-State territory, doing this you will gain 50 influence with it.

I always thougt thet the Great Admiral was SO bland! Sometimes i caught myself just using its "repais fleet" ability on nothing, just to remove the useless unit. There were other mods that gave the great admiral mor usefullness, like having they create fortress on the water, but IMO. it's too hard to swallow a fortress middle ocean. The one i used more was the incredible https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=243508419&searchtext=aquaculture (that i recommend if you find this one too powerfull), but i thought it lacked the punch that other Great Persons had. I was always fascinated with stories of discovery, like those of Vasco da Gama, Robert Cook, The Argonauts and FitzRoy so i gathered my wits and did this one! So glad you enjoy!

Ingame Explanation - They are improvements.
Historycally - They are too small islands to support urban structures, and they are too precious to mantain as they are: untouched.

Tested, and there is it: They will, but AI is not very smart, it could take many turns with their Great Persons sitting idly before they actually use them for something. Have fun!
