This was made like 6 years ago. I believe there are hex / NPC packs out there though.

If you don't hex this texture, like as ragdolls, I'll riot.

there is a random zombie skin mod. its pretty good. i.. forgot the name. "sreebn's headcrab zombie mod" or something. theres reble to medic. to metro.. but it dosen't work with this mod.

I think there was an addon that does something like the skin changing you mentioned.

There should be an addon that makes the zombie randomly spawn as a refugee skin, a citizen skin, or a zombie with metro police armor!

And one that has a few different realistic zombie animations and they will be randomly selected upon a zombie spawning. The defualt zombie animations are lame now that I have been playing gmod and HL2 for 2 years.

It's important to remember that this is a reskin. Not a separate NPC made to replace the old one.

Having both the Refugee Zombie and Citizen Zombie would have been nice. Why'd you replace the Refugee Zombie?

I used to have this issue and I can assure you it doesn't involve this addon.
I'm not sure how I fixed it, try googling it? Verifying itegrity of game cache?

I did not make this skin, and I did not mean for this to be anything to update, just kind of a final upload. It is good enough, why are you trying to change it, I want it to be a citizen zombie not a community created skin.

I have HL2 For PC in the original Box as well, the weird thing is, when I played it it had these skins on it...Interesting.

I know why there are more citizens, The headcrabs killed most of the refugees
