I wish these models were in a higher res similarly to the HL: Alyx models. Beyond that it's a pretty good model.

What part of "This addons contains models" don't you understand. This addon is simply models, for use with rigging in screenshots or anything else.

Hey, I recently downloaded this addon and noticed that you did not want to make an NPC out of it, however I was able to create my own NPC with these particular models with little to no time or errors, I was curious if you would want the file so that you may upload it, or if I may upload it myself with your permission.
